What is Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Shipping?

TL and LTL carrier shipping is used for orders that are too large or heavy to be shipped via standard ground services like FedEx or UPS. These shipments are delivered by tractor trailers or box trucks.

Standard delivery is curbside only—it does not include unloading or bringing items inside. You are responsible for unloading the shipment from the truck and moving it into your home or business.

If you’re unable to unload the shipment yourself, we recommend adding Liftgate Service at checkout to help lower the items to the ground.
