What Should I Do If My LTL Freight Order Arrives Damaged?
If any part of your order arrives damaged or missing, please contact our Customer Solutions Team within 1 business day of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
If you notice any damage to the items or packaging—or even suspect potential damage—please follow these steps before signing the delivery receipt:
Clearly note any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt.
Keep a copy of the signed delivery receipt for your records.
Contact us within 1 business day of receiving the order.
Keep all damaged packaging materials for possible inspection.
Take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
While we take great care in packing every order, damage can sometimes occur during transit. In such cases, we must file a claim with the carrier. By signing the delivery receipt, you acknowledge the condition of the shipment upon arrival.
Important: If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, we may be unable to offer compensation, as the carrier may deny any claim. Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage confirms that the order arrived in acceptable condition.
