Do I Need a Liftgate for My LTL Shipment?
If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift to unload items from the truck, a liftgate is required. Be sure to select the “LTL freight Carrier w/ Liftgate” option at checkout, which includes the liftgate service fee.
If a liftgate is needed after your order has already shipped, additional charges may apply. If delivery cannot be completed because a liftgate wasn’t selected, a redelivery fee may also be added. In such cases, we’ll contact you via email to confirm the necessary fees, and your card on file may be charged to help avoid further delays or charges from the carrier.
