Are there any extra fees for delivering pallets to a residential address or to an upper floor in our office building?

Yes. Please inform us at the time of your order if the delivery is to a residential address or if special services—such as liftgate assistance or inside delivery—are needed. If we incur additional carrier fees for these services after the shipment, you will be billed accordingly. Please note that failure to pay these charges may impact our ability to continue doing business with you.
