Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will be considered unauthorized and may not be accepted.
Return ConditionsItems must be returned in new, unused, untested, and resalable condition in the original manufacturer packaging with all contents included.
There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges that meet these conditions.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned items.
Original shipping and gift-wrap fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Returns must be prepaid, fully insured, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
An incorrect item was shipped
Return shipping fees are prohibited by law
D'light Online Inc. is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or customer error. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
Non-Returnable ItemsWe do not accept returns on:
Custom or personalized items
Used products (e.g., burned candles or opened boxes)
D'light Online Inc. gift certificates
Special order or promotional items, including corporate gifts
Unauthorized returns, if accepted, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Opened items returned in acceptable condition may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
No refund will be issued for items returned in a damaged or unusable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse credit for items that are used, misused, or damaged.
All claims for refunds, damages, or missing items must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
