I want to return a purchase. What do I do?

RMA Return

1. Log into your account using the My Account link on the top of our Website
2. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button
3. Once we receive your return request we email you your RMA number and instruction on how and where to ship return item(s)
4. Give the return shipment to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. All returns must be within 15 days of delivery.
5. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
