What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. However, once your package leaves our warehouse, D'light Online Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.

If your package appears to be missing, please first contact the carrier assigned to your order for more information. If they’re unable to assist, feel free to reach out to us at info@dlightonline.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Important: If the tracking information shows the package was delivered, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly to determine its exact delivery location. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered.
