Simply select the order number you want to track — the tracking details will appear in the bottom right. You can also check the tracking email we sent to the address linked to your account.
Sometimes, carriers may mistakenly mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. If you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors or anyone who may have accepted it on your behalf. If it’s still missing, we ask that you wait 24 hours before reaching out to us so we can begin a claim on your behalf.
