How will I be notified once my order has been shipped?

For individual package shipments, if you provided a valid email address at the time of your order, we will send you a tracking number along with a direct link to the tracking page on our website as soon as the shipment is scanned.

For pallet shipments, we will provide a PRO# from the bill of lading, which carriers use to track motor freight deliveries nationwide. If you require special arrangements with the carrier, please let us know at the time you place your order.
