The current estimated processing time for Tax Exemption requests is within an hour to 1 business day. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note: Not all requests are approved on the first submission. If your request is not initially approved, we will provide guidance on what is needed to obtain approval.

Important:
We are unable to refund any sales tax paid on orders placed prior to the completion of the tax exemption process. If sales tax has been paid on past orders, you may contact your state’s tax authority to request a refund.
