We’re located on the south side of the Long Island Expressway (LIE), off Exit 57 on the Southern Service Road.

Where do I pick up my order?
Head to the front office when you arrive at our location.

What do I need to pick up my order?
After placing your order, You’ll receive an email letting you know your order is ready. To pick up your order, you or your designated representative must provide:

• Your Order Number
• A valid government-issued photo ID

Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, you can designate a proxy at checkout in the notes. They’ll need to present:

• The Order Number
• Their own government-issued photo ID

Can I send a messenger or courier instead?
Absolutely. Please ensure your delivery service provides:

• A service ID card, bill of lading, or daily manifest
• A valid government-issued photo ID
• Your Order Number

How long will you hold my order?
We’ll hold your order for up to 14 days. After that, unclaimed orders will be automatically canceled.
