Can I use Buy Now, Pay Later if I’m an international customer?

Buy Now, Pay Later is only available to customers with a U.S. billing address, U.S. shipping address, and a U.S.-issued Visa, Mastercard (credit or debit), or American Express. Unfortunately, customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, or phone numbers are not eligible to use this payment option.
