Many of our international customers use freight forwarders to handle their shipments. If you choose this option, please ensure you enter the correct shipping address provided by your freight forwarder at checkout.

Please note that we are not responsible for any issues related to the use of freight forwarders, including but not limited to: customs delays or rejections, damage during transit, lost packages, or country-specific import regulations.

Additionally:

• We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped via freight forwarders.

• If a package is returned due to customs issues, you are responsible for any associated customs fees.

• We are not responsible for currency conversion rates from USD to other currencies.

• We are not liable for any packages that fail to clear customs.
